WHAT ARE TAPMATS?
TapMat is a digitally connected coaster that allows businesses to customize a virtual landing page. Use as a digital menu in a restaurant, happy hour blackboard for bars and pubs, donation landing page for charity events, and photo galleies for weddings or parties. HOW ARE TAPMATS MADE?
We care about quality and so should you! TapMats are made from wood pulp board and powered with Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.
CAN I CHANGE WHAT WEBSITE MY TAPMAT DIRECTS CUSTOMERS TO AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PRINTED AND DELIVERED?
Yes! Customization is key and we understand the need to pivot. Landing pages that operate as a website are editable at any point. Change your menu? No problem. New beers on tap? We got you covered.
However, if you want to connect directly to a social media app, rather than to a website, we will need to configure your TapMat during manufacturing.
WHAT DEVICES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH TAPMATS?
Both Android and iPhone's are compatible with TapMat. All Android devices and iPhones XS and newer can read a TapMat at all times. iPhone X and older must update to iOS 14 and enable NFC in the Control Center.

Concerned customer's won't be able to connect? We can print the old fashioned QR code on the back of your TapMat to ensure everyone can connect.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Unfortunately, coaster making is a bulk order business. We do require minimum orders, but we promise it’ll be worth your while. Give us a call to discuss minimums.
DO I NEED TO PROGRAM MY TAPMAT?
We wouldn’t make you do that when it’s our specialty. Our team will work with you directly to get (and keep!) your customers connected.
